Emax Beauté Group is a leading beauty and wellness organization in Malaysia, home to brands such as Beauté Library, B+ Clinic, Venusde, and Curvena.

We are now expanding into the functional beverage industry with Upbound, a performance hydration drink crafted for wellness-conscious and active lifestyles.

As we prepare to scale Upbound across Malaysia and key international markets, we are seeking an experienced Regional/National Sales Manager to lead commercial growth, retail expansion, and distributor development.

  • Retail Channel Growth
  • Secure product listings with key malls, lifestyle concept stores, gyms, wellness chains, and pharmacy groups.
  • Drive sell-through via retail activation plans, staff training, POP visibility, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Build data-driven retail dashboards to track performance, sell-out, and merchandising compliance.
  • Identify and establish distribution partners in Southeast Asia, Hong Kong, Australia, and the Middle East.
  • Oversee regulatory, logistics, and labeling requirements for market entry.
  • Negotiate trade terms, MOQ, and joint marketing plans with export partners.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies by channel and market (RTD sachets, powder cans, etc.).
  • Forecast and manage sales targets, pricing, and P&L performance.
  • Collaborate with brand and operations teams to ensure supply-demand alignment and trade readiness.
  • Build and mentor a field sales team as the business scales.
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with buyers, distributors, trade show organizers, and export agents.
  • Represent Upbound at regional expos, retail meetings, and international trade events.
  • Champion the brand's wellness-driven mission in every partnership.
  • 5+ years of sales leadership experience in beverages, FMCG, or health & wellness brands.
  • Proven success in launching or scaling functional/hydration drinks regionally.
  • Strong relationships or familiarity with mall-based and lifestyle retailers (e.g., Pavilion, Isetan, Don Don Donki, Guardian, Watsons).
  • Experience in export market setup — distributor onboarding, pricing strategy, and compliance.
  • Strategic yet hands-on, with a hustler mindset and strong commercial acumen.
  • Highly execution-driven, resourceful, and KPI-focused.
  • Existing network with lifestyle retailers, gyms, or wellness chains.
  • Experience launching wellness or performance brands from zero to scale.
  • Regional exposure across SEA markets or high-performance beverage categories (e.g., protein, hydration, electrolytes).
  • Lead a new business division under a well-established beauty & wellness group.
