As an F&B Intern, you'll support the Food & Beverage team in delivering friendly, efficient, and memorable service to our guests. You'll gain valuable exposure to restaurant, bar, banquet, and hotel dining operations while developing customer service, communication, and teamwork skills.

What You'll Do

• Support daily Food & Beverage operations in restaurant, bar, and event service areas.
• Assist with food and beverage preparation, setup, and presentation.
• Prepare dining areas, tables, and service stations before, during, and after service.
• Welcome and assist guests while delivering attentive and professional service.
• Serve food and beverages according to Marriott and Moxy service standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, service stations, and equipment.
• Assist with inventory handling, stock replenishment, and operational preparations.
• Coordinate with Kitchen and Front Office teams to ensure smooth guest experiences.
• Learn and follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.
• Support special events, promotions, and guest engagement activities as required.
