Job Description
- Supervising, coordinating and scheduling the activities of workers who process, packages, test, grade food and beverage products.
- Establishing methods to meet work schedules and coordinating work activities as with other departments.
- Resolving work problems and recommending measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Requisition materials and supplies.
- Ensuring food quality, sanitation and safety policies are allowed.
- Managing inventory control and shipping activities.
- Implementing new procedures to lower inventory losses.
- Developing menu items and recipes for a variety of food products.
- Min 3 years experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team player.
