Food Production Manager

• Plan, schedule, and oversee daily production operations to meet targets on time and within budget.

• Lead, train, and manage production teams, including shift scheduling and performance reviews.

• Monitor production quality and compliance with company standards and food safety regulations.

• Control production costs, manage inventory levels, and minimize waste.

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.

• Coordinate with procurement, sales, and other departments to ensure smooth material and supply flow.

• Prepare and present production reports to senior management.

Requirements

• Education: Diploma or Degree in Food Science, Engineering, Operations Management, or related fields (Diploma with relevant experience is widely accepted).

• Experience: Minimum 3 to 8 years in food manufacturing or production, with at least 5 yearsbeing the most common requirement prior supervisory or managerial experience is required.

• Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and cross-department communication skills proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Work Conditions: Able to stand for long hours, work in varying temperatures (cold/hot), and commit to 5.5- 6-day work weeks, including shift or weekend work when needed.
