About The Job
- Directly driving the West Malaysia (WM) Depot teams to achieve aggressive sales targets and expand product distribution.
- Overseeing the entire order cycle, ensuring timely delivery, credit control, and prompt banking of collections.
- Tracking high-value FS equipment (dispensers/chillers) and monitoring A&P expenditures and market returns.
- Leading new product launches, QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) development, and high-level liaison with brand owners and top-tier customers.
Skills And Requirements
- Understanding of the HORECA/QSR landscape, including recipe development and brand awareness activities.
- Proven ability to manage warehouse stocks, equipment maintenance, and human resource administration across multiple depots.
- Strong discipline in credit control, collection monitoring, and marketing budget (A&P) management.
- Excellent communication skills to bridge internal teams (HQ/Depots) and external stakeholders (Brand Owners/Top Customers).
