A Multinational Engineering Company is Looking for FP&A Manager (Based in Petaling Jaya)

Your new role
Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will be in charge of:
- Report directly to the Head of Finance on key performance management tasks.
- Support monthly sales reviews, forecasting cycles, and longterm planning.
- Work crossfunctionally to help execute strategic growth initiatives.
- Partner with senior leadership to drive organisational performance.
- Lead and mentor the controlling team in daily financial operations.
- Oversee financial analysis, sales compensation modelling, and investment evaluations.
- Contribute to or lead regional and global finance projects.
- Drive value creation through process improvements and financial insights.
- Manage compliance processes, including audits and tax submissions.
- Coordinate closely with the Shared Service Center on statutory deliverables.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful, you will need to require:
- Degree in Accountancy or other recognized professional accounting qualifications; ACCA, ICAEW, MICPA or CIMA
- Minimum 5 years working experience in audit or commercial experiences preferred
- Sound experience of budgeting, accounting, forecasting and time management
- Analytical in interpreting and reporting financial information
- Familiar with Financial Reporting Standards (FRS).
- Good proficiency in MS Office applications.
- High competency in MS Excel is a must.
- SAP knowledge is an added advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong command of Bahasa Malaysia and English, both written and spoken
