Job Details

Job Description:

We're looking for energetic, driven, and passionate engineers who are excited to build cuttingedge FPGA technologies. If you thrive on solving complex technical challenges, love turning ideas into silicon, and want to influence nextgeneration architectures, this is the team for you. Join us and help shape the future of highperformance, powerefficient hardware.

What You'll Do

  • Own the complete logic design flow — from microarchitecture definition to RTL coding, simulation, and FPGAbased prototyping.
  • Develop cell libraries, functional units, IP blocks, and subsystems for integration into fullchip designs.
  • Contribute to architectural and microarchitectural decisions that guide the design's capabilities and performance.
  • Create executable prototypes, simulation models, logic diagrams, and clear documentation supporting system and test requirements.
  • Deliver softwarebased device bringup models covering functional behavior, timing expectations, and power characteristics.
  • Apply advanced RTL design and optimization techniques to meet demanding power, performance, and area (PPA) goals in close partnership with physical implementation teams.
  • Review, influence, and validate the verification plan to ensure comprehensive coverage of design features.
  • Debug RTL test failures, rootcause issues, and rapidly implement fixes to maintain feature correctness and functional robustness.

What We're Looking For

  • A passion for hardware design and innovation.
  • Strong grasp of digital logic, RTL coding, simulation, and hardware development flows.
  • An eagerness to collaborate, learn, and contribute to complex crossfunctional programs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical/computer engineering or related field and 9+ years of experience Or a master's degree in electrical/computer engineering or related field and 6+ years of experience.
  • Experience in micro-architecture (clocking, reset, power, etc) definition & debug.
  • Good knowledge of AMBA protocols such as AXI4. 5+ years of RTL coding and/or IP integration experience into SoC design.
  • Experience in design related tools such as LINT, CDC, PT-STA, Fishtail, Power UPF etc & design concept such as data flow, algorithm state machine, finite state machines, and timing charts.
  • Knowledge on FPGA background would be a plus.
  • Highly motivated individual, team player with good communication skill.
