Freelance Content Producer (Advertising)

We're looking for a Freelance Content Producer with strong Art Direction, Video Editing, and social-first experience who can develop ideas, execute visually compelling content, and understands what makes content work across different social platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative concepts across social, digital content, and campaign work, from initial ideation through final execution
• Bring strong Art Direction to visual concepts, ensuring work is distinctive, on-brand, and aligned with client objectives
• Create and edit video content for social platforms, including short-form formats such as TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts
• Think social-first, with a strong understanding of platform behaviours, trends, formats, audiences, and different online communities
• Translate briefs into compelling creative ideas that are culturally relevant, engaging, and built for social consumption
• Take ideas from concept to execution, including moodboards, visual references, storyboards, content direction, editing, and final delivery
• Be hands-on with creative production and comfortable executing work independently when needed
• Collaborate closely with Creative, Strategy, Account, and Production teams to develop and deliver high-quality work
• Provide strong creative input and proactively contribute ideas during brainstorms, brief sessions, and concept development
• Stay up-to-date with emerging social trends, visual styles, editing techniques, creator culture, and platform updates
• Adapt creative ideas across different formats, platforms, audiences, and campaign requirements
• Maintain a high standard of visual craft and attention to detail across both static and video content
• Be comfortable receiving feedback, iterating quickly, and delivering polished work
