Freelance Marketplace & Affiliate Specialist

Office: Approximately once a week, or when required

We are looking for a Marketplace & Affiliate Specialist to help us manage and grow our affiliate marketing activities across Shopee and TikTok Shop.

This is a hands-on role. You will work closely with our marketplace and marketing team to make sure our affiliate activities are organised, creators are followed up properly, and campaigns keep moving.

What You Will Do

Affiliate Management

• Manage daily communication with our affiliate creators
• Follow up with creators on campaigns, products and content
• Coordinate product samples and affiliate requests
• Keep track of active creators and their performance
• Maintain and update our affiliate database
• Identify creators who are actively selling and help build longer-term relationships with them

Marketplace Support

• Support daily marketplace activities on Shopee and TikTok Shop
• Assist with affiliate campaign setup and management
• Monitor affiliate sales, orders and basic performance data
• Prepare simple weekly reports on affiliate performance
• Coordinate with the internal team on promotions, products, pricing and stock

Campaign Support

• Help coordinate affiliate campaigns and product pushes
• Follow up with creators before and during campaigns
• Make sure creators receive the right product information, links and campaign details
• Support special campaigns, launches and promotional periods

Who We Are Looking For

You don't need to be a senior marketer.

We are looking for someone who is:

* Organised and detail-oriented

* Comfortable communicating with many people through WhatsApp, TikTok and marketplace platforms

* Fast in responding and following up

* Comfortable working with Excel / Google Sheets

* Familiar with Shopee and TikTok Shop

* Interested in social media, creators and affiliate marketing

* Able to work independently without being constantly reminded

* Proactive and willing to solve problems

* Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment

* Malaysian

* Experience in affiliate marketing, e-commerce, Shopee or TikTok Shop is a strong advantage.

Working Style

This is a freelance hybrid position.

You will have flexibility in how you manage your working hours, but you are expected to be responsive and consistent with daily marketplace and affiliate activities.

You may need to come into our office approximately once a week for team discussions and coordination.

The most important thing is not where you work — it's getting the work done and keeping the affiliate engine moving.
