IPG Mediabrands is looking for a highly technical, hands-on Freelance Performance Marketing Executive to support performance campaigns across our client portfolio. If you're strong in optimization, tracking, analytics, and paid media execution, this role is for you.
What You'll Do:
- Run and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads
- Manage search, display, video, remarketing & paid social campaigns
- Monitor pacing, budgets, delivery & performance KPIs daily
- Improve ROAS, CTR, CVR, CPA through data-driven optimizations
- Build reports/dashboards in Looker Studio / Data Studio & Excel
- Conduct audience/keyword research & analyze funnel behaviour
- Troubleshoot pixel, tracking, delivery, and attribution issues
What You Need:
- Minimum 3 years hands-on experience in Google Ads & Meta Ads
- Strong knowledge of GA4 + conversion tracking
- Skilled in GTM, pixels, UTM tagging & remarketing setup
- Strong analytical mindset + Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP)
- Ability to execute independently with minimal supervision
- Detail-oriented, fast, and comfortable with complex performance environments
