Freelance Simplified Chinese Enriched Master Template Editor

Job Description:

Enriched Master Template QC task aims to provide accurately done Simplified Chinese subtitle templates that would be used for localization purposes to other languages. Hence, the high expectation when it comes to transcription and timecode QC accuracy.

• Proofread the AI-generated Chinese transcription and on-screen texts in Iyuno's tools.
• Fix the timecode.
• Check the Speaker ID.
• Fill in the character list and their relationship.
• Additional requirements for dubbing dialogue list:
• Tag the character on-screen status.
• Add reaction tags.
• Apply change list to final media (on client's platform).

Qualifications:

• Have good listening skills of Putonghua and high attention to detail on graphics in Chinese.
• High attention on project details and storyline on identifying graphic relevance.
• Familiar with various TV series and movies, culture would be advantageous.
• Previous experience in subtitling is preferred.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and within limited time constraints.
• Have a strong sense of security and confidentiality.

Conditions:

• This is a freelance position with location preference. Preferred freelancer location: outside of China Mainland and Hong Kong SAR.
