Role Description

As a Freight & Forwarding Executive, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end freight forwarding operations, including import and export shipments, customs clearance, and full set documentation (EDI declarations). This role involves close coordination with third-party brokers, shipping lines, and internal teams to ensure smooth clearance, timely delivery, and cost-effective operations. You will oversee container arrangements and movement, ensure compliance with customs regulations, handle customer inquiries on forwarding matters, and continuously monitor and improve operational efficiency while delivering accurate and timely reports.

Qualifications

• Experience in Freight Forwarding and Freight Transportation operations
• Experience in import/export procedure and documentation.
• Attention to detail and ability to ensure accurate and timely documentation
• Exceptional problem-solving and time management skills
• Able to work independently with good teamwork
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in freight & forwarding industries field
