About the Job
Looking for a proactive Supply Chain professional with experience in end-to-end supply chain management to ensure smooth and timely delivery of orders. You will coordinate shipments, manage suppliers, and maintain accurate stock records. The role also involves working with internal teams to support efficient and cost-effective supply chain operations.
Working Location: Larkin – Johor Bahru
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage purchasing, inventory, and logistics operations to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Coordinate shipment, customs clearance, and delivery with forwarders and warehouse teams
- Monitor supplier performance, track purchase orders, and maintain vendor database
- Prepare and review shipping and customs documentation to ensure compliance
- Handle stock control, reconciliation, and GRN processing for incoming goods
- Work closely with internal teams (finance, regulatory, warehouse) to support operations
- Negotiate with vendors and support continuous improvement in supply chain processes
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
- Relevant experience in supply chain / operations role (preferably from consumer products/FMCG)
- Good command of English with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong planning and organizational skills
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management abilities
- Adaptable, flexible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
