Customer Service Executive (Freight Forwarding) - Training Provided

Working days & hours: 5.5 days (Alternate Sat) | Mon - Sat 9pm - 6pm, 9am - 1pm

Location: Changi Airfreight Centre

Salary: Basic $2200 - $2600

Job Description

• Handle inbound and import shipments in Singapore.
• Manage and follow up on import discrepancies.
• Handle customer enquiries, complaints and feedback.
• Liaise with overseas agents and relevant parties on shipment issues.
• Reply to emails promptly within the same business day.
• Resolve customer and shipment-related issues.
• Coordinate import shipments for third-party delivery.
• Coordinate with the Operations team for courier labels and deliveries.
• Handle return, export and undelivered shipments (LHR, HKG, TPE)
• Monitor POD closure and maintain a 98% KPI.
• Arrange local and international ad-hoc pickups.
• Assist with billing codes and export processes when required (AAC & RPX).
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

Requirement

• Diploma in Logistics, Freight Forwarding, or related field
• Training will be provided.
