French-Speaking Accounts Payable (AP) Analyst

Job Title

French Language Specialist – Accounts Payable (AP)

Key Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices and credit notes.
• Verify invoice accuracy and coding.
• Manage supplier queries and payment status requests.
• Execute payment processing activities.
• Perform vendor reconciliations.
• Support audits and compliance reviews.
• Maintain AP documentation and records.
• Work closely with French-speaking suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance/Accounting.
• 1-5 years of AP experience.
• Fluent in French (B2/C1 or above) and English.
• Knowledge of SAP/Oracle preferred.
• Strong attention to detail.
