Job Description
In your new role you will:
- Shift lead, to lead the team, manage shift coverage, take preliminary decision making & escalate to respective engineer for help & support, if needed
- Participate in improvement projects which includes productivity improvement, process improvement, and quality improvements.
- FTR (Flexible Trial Route) execution.
- Data crunching and report generation for Line defect, APC, Scrap and Space for engineering analysis.
- Participate in improvement projects including productivity improvement, process improvement, and quality improvements.

Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Fresh graduate Diploma in Chemistry/ Electrical / Electronics / Microelectronics Engineering / Physics or equivalent.
- CGPA 3.0 and above.
- Added advantage if posses the knowledge of characterization methodology on semiconductor manufacturing unit process materials and equipment engineering.
- Experience in Design of Experiment (DOE) is an advantage.
- Must be a self-starter who can work both independently and in groups.
- Able to organize and coordinate multiple projects in a timely manner
