The team works closely with developers, contractors, and other stakeholders to deliver accurate cost advice and reliable reporting.

Location: Stellar Office Suites Bandar Puteri Puchong, Selangor (Assessible via LRT with walking distance)

Salary Range: Fresh Graduate ranged from RM3,000.00 | Senior Post: Depends on years of experience (both tiers cum Project Incentive)

What You'll Be Doing

• Tech-Driven Estimations: Use modern software for digital take-offs and measurements, cost estimate, cost planning of project, & BQ preparation
• Contract Crafting: Learn the ins and outs of tendering, procurement, evaluate tenders, analyse contract documents, and progressive claims.
• Project Collaboration: Work closely with project managers and contractors on exciting commercial/residential developments.
• Site Visits: Get out of the office occasionally to see your cost models come to life on-site

What We're Looking For:

• A Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, or Construction Management.
• Fresh grads are highly encouraged to apply—we value a willingness to learn over years of experience
• Senior Post - prior consultancy experience or contracting experience is preferred.
• Basic familiarity with Excel (if you know Glodon, Cubicost that's a massive bonus).
• A positive attitude and a sharp eye for detail.
