Position: Customer Support Specialist (Japanese Speaker)
Industry: Travel & Hospitality
Location: Selangor, Malaysia
Salary: Up to RM 9,500 per month
Start Date: April or May
Key Responsibilities
・Provide support to Japanese-speaking customers via phone, chat, and email
・Assist with hotel bookings, cancellations, and changes
・Handle travel-related inquiries and provide effective solutions
・Liaise with hotels and customers for special requests
・Provide accurate information on hotel rates, policies, and promotions
・Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction at all times
Requirements
・Proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N2 or above)
・English proficiency at B2 level or higher
・Minimum education: SPM or equivalent
・Strong communication and problem-solving skills
・Ability to work in a shift-based environment
