Xpeed Holiday Sdn. Bhd. is looking for an experienced, professional, and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at Orkid Hills Hotel in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Employment Type: Full-Time

Starting Salary: RM 1,900 per month

Working Hours: 8 hours per shift

Shift Schedule: Morning and evening shifts

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional front desk service.
• Manage guest check-in, check-out, room assignments, and registration.
• Handle room reservations, booking modifications, cancellations, and walk-in enquiries.
• Respond professionally to guest enquiries, requests, and complaints.
• Process guest payments, deposits, and billing accurately.
• Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure room readiness and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate guest records and update the hotel front desk system.
• Handle telephone calls and support daily hotel operations.
• Follow hotel procedures and company service standards.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous work experience as a hotel receptionist or front desk agent is mandatory.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English; Bahasa Malaysia skills are an advantage.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel reservation or front desk systems.
• Professional attitude, punctuality, honesty, and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Ability to handle guest concerns calmly and work effectively with a team.
• Flexibility to work morning or evening shifts, including weekends and public holidays when scheduled.
