Accountable for the maintenance, development and delivery of application solutions to support Ops related system.
Responsibilities:Application Delivery (60%)- Delivery of prioritized works, in supporting new products roll-out initiative and BAU projects relating to Ops system
- Ensures that any CRM systems-related production incidences and application defects are being resolved timely.
- Achieve PIRs resolution within service level
Application Quality (30%)- Manage the quality of delivery confirm to the defined standard and quality procedure
- IT Security, controls and governance related initiatives - To achieve zero security, control, governance adverse outstanding issues (beyond due dates)
Other responsibilities and duties (10%)- Accountable to the duty assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements.
Requirements:
- Education - Degree in IT or equivalent
- Highly motivated and work well in a team environment
- Proficient in problem solving and willingness to try on various new technology to keep up on the technology pace
- 3-5 years of strong development & debugging experience in C#.net , VB.net , Classic ASP, VB, react JS , node JS, MSSQL
- knowledge and hands on experience in cloud MS azure platform such as Azure data factory, Azure Kubernetes Service , Azure SQL MI etc is advantageous
- Good understanding of change control and follow through problem tickets to resolve production issues
- Experience in database fine tuning and query optimization
- basic understanding of CI/CD devops tools
- knowledge of java web service development experience, Tomcat, eclipse is a bonus
