Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Supervisor located in KSL Hotel & Resorts Johor Baharu. The Front Office Supervisor will oversee daily front office operations, ensuring excellence in customer service and efficient handling of reservations. The role involves supervising front office staff, managing receptionist duties, and addressing guest concerns and inquiries promptly. Additionally, the Front Office Supervisor will coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and handle administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

  • Strong Supervisory Skills
  • Minimum 2 years of Experiences
  • with Receptionist Duties and Reservations
  • Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Proven ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and accurately
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in hotel management software is a plus
  • Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
