Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for candidates to fill in the position of FSTEP traineeship. You will be attached to our Financial Sector Transformation Enablement Project team where you will learn and work closely with our team members on projects related to the implementation of Financial Sector Blueprint.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the development of project management deliverables such as project plans, progress reports, minutes of meetings etc.
Assist in preparation of presentations for senior management
Support in organizing events or activities for the project
Support in maintaining the project documentation and records
Any other tasks assigned by line manager
Qualification & Skills:
Currently pursuing a degree in any field from a reputable university/college
Good command of written English and Bahasa Malaysia
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
Possesses good communication skills both written and verbal
Able to demonstrate initiative and proactive approach
Independent, resourceful and has the ability to think out of the box
Demonstrates attention to details and has organizational skills
Confident, articulates ideas clearly and persuasively
Has leadership potentials
Ability to multi-task and take on new challenges
Has strong interpersonal skills and able to establish rapport quickly
Shows integrity and honesty
Is results driven and goal oriented
