Full Stack Developer

About the Role

Accenture is seeking a Full Stack Developer with 2-5 years of experience to develop and enhance scalable digital applications across front-end and back-end technologies. This role offers the opportunity to work with modern technology stacks, contribute to enterprise-scale solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful business outcomes.

The successful candidate will participate in the full software development lifecycle, helping to build secure, reliable, and high-performing applications while continuously developing technical and professional skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain full stack applications using modern web technologies and enterprise frameworks.

• Build responsive, user-centric interfaces using front-end technologies such as React, Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

• Develop and maintain backend services, APIs, and business logic using Java and related frameworks such as Spring Boot.

• Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, quality engineering teams, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application defects and performance issues.

• Develop and execute unit tests and support integration testing activities to ensure application quality.

• Participate in code reviews and adhere to established coding standards, security requirements, and development best practices.

• Support application deployment, production releases, and ongoing enhancement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• 2-5 years of experience in full stack application development.

• Hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful API development.

• Experience with front-end frameworks such as React or Angular.

• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

• Experience working with relational databases such as Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server.

• Familiarity with Git and Agile software development methodologies.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with microservices architecture and event-driven applications.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.

• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerization technologies.

• Knowledge of application security best practices and secure coding principles.

• Relevant certifications in Java, cloud technologies, or web development.
