Full Stack Developer, Cards IT

Versatile and results-driven Full Stack Developer with deep expertise in Java and React to build scalable, secure, and high-performing web applications. You will be instrumental in designing and delivering end-to-end solutions across the stacktranslating business needs into robust technical implementations.

The key responsibilities of this role, among others are :-

End-to-End Development: Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Java (Spring Boot) and React.js.

Architecture & Design: Collaborate with architects and product owners to define scalable and modular system designs.

API Development: Build and consume RESTful APIs, ensuring performance, security, and maintainability.

UI/UX Integration: Translate wireframes and design prototypes into responsive, accessible user interfaces.

Testing & Quality Assurance: Implement unit, integration, and end-to-end tests using tools like JUnit.

Code Reviews & Mentorship: Participate in peer reviews and support junior developers through technical guidance.

Agile Delivery: Contribute to sprint planning, backlog grooming, and iterative delivery in Agile environments.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development.

Proficiency in Java (Spring Boot) and React.js.

Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and modern front-end tooling (Webpack, Babel).

Proficiency in database technologies (MSSQL, PostgreSQL, NoSQL).

Ability to design UI/UX flows and components in Figma, contributing to both visual and interaction design.

Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.

Experience with microservices architecture and event-driven systems.

Understanding of security best practices in software development.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
