Full Stack Developer

Job Description

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer to design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications and backend services. The successful candidate will work across frontend and backend technologies, contribute to microservices and cloud-based solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software iteratively.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop responsive and scalable frontend applications using ReactJS and Vite.
• Design and develop backend services using Spring Boot, JPA, and SQL.
• Develop and integrate REST APIs and microservices.
• Implement application containerisation using Docker.
• Work with AWS services, including S3 and SQS, to support cloud-based application solutions.
• Contribute to the development of AI-agent capabilities and related application integrations.
• Implement BPMN-based workflows and business process solutions.
• Develop RBAC-driven user interfaces with appropriate access controls.
• Perform local API mocking and develop comprehensive unit tests.
• Use Gradle and Git for build management and source code control.
• Participate in code reviews and follow software development best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-squad teams to deliver solutions.
• Take ownership and accountability for assigned deliverables and ensure timely completion.
• Contribute to continuous improvement through an iterative and agile delivery approach.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong hands-on experience with ReactJS, Vite, Spring Boot, JPA, SQL, and REST APIs.
• Experience developing microservices-based applications.
• Experience with Docker and application containerisation.
• Practical experience with AWS cloud services, particularly S3 and SQS.
• Experience with Git and Gradle.
• Experience in unit testing and API mocking.
• Knowledge of BPMN workflow implementation and role-based access control is an advantage.
• Exposure to AI agents or AI-enabled application development is an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
• Demonstrates an iterative delivery mindset and openness to constructive code reviews.
