We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Developer to support the KiaKia SLR platform. The role is heavily focused on enhancement delivery, with development across application, data, and AI/ML layers running on a Kubernetes-based container platform.

• Design, develop, test, and deploy features for the KiaKia SLR platform on Kubernetes / Rancher

• Develop and maintain Python-based ML/AI pipelines for automated literature review

• Integrate and support AI/ML models, pipeline monitoring, and output validation

• Manage PostgreSQL including schema design, migrations, query optimization, indexing, and performance tuning

• Maintain GitLab CI/CD pipelines for automated builds, testing, deployment, and release management

• Configure and monitor application health using Grafana dashboards, alerts, and performance metrics

• Manage and troubleshoot workloads on Red Hat Linux / Kubernetes environments

• Design and implement RESTful microservice APIs connecting UI, AI/ML, and database layers

• Participate in Scrum sprint planning, CR estimation, code reviews, retrospectives, and PI planning

• Collaborate with BA, QA, Scrum Master, and cross-functional development teams to deliver enhancement projects

• Minimum 5 years of software development experience

• At least 2 years of experience working on containerized platforms, preferably Kubernetes

• Strong hands-on Python development experience with ML/AI libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn

• Strong hands-on PostgreSQL experience including schema design, query optimization, indexing, migrations, and performance troubleshooting

• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes / Rancher and containerized workload deployment and troubleshooting

• Strong experience with GitLab CI/CD and release automation

• Strong Red Hat Linux / RHEL administration, log analysis, service management, and shell scripting skills

• Experience with REST APIs and microservices architecture

• Grafana experience for monitoring dashboards, data sources, and alerting is expected

• Experience with AI/ML application development is strongly preferred

• LaserAI experience is not mandatory; strong Python/ML background will be considered

• Java or Go experience is an advantage

• Jira / Agile experience is preferred

• Docker / containerization knowledge is an advantage

• SQL Server / MySQL exposure is a plus

• Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
