Full Stack Developer

• 6years of experience working as a full stack developer (Methodologies: Waterfall & Agile are accepted).
• Good understanding of development processes associated (testing, code quality, design).
• Experience as a technical leader in a project.
• In addition of having clear development skills, any experience in supporting production to business users would be very appreciated.
• Work experience in Finance, banking or insurance industry is preferred.

Required Technical Skills

Hands-on development and delivery experience (+3 years)using Java, Spring Boot framework,

Extensive hands-on experience (+5 years)with a client side rendering framework such as Angular, HTML and CSS

Experience in SQL, NoSQL

Familiarity with POSTGRE database.

Great Object Oriented coding practices, including strong design patterns knowledge, refactoring, clean code.

Experience in DevOps capabilities E.g. Jenkins, Maven, GIT, etc

Real passion for software engineering and best practices

Passion for technology, team leadership and a willingness to mentor and work with developers at all levels of experience

Experience in Agile , Leanand/or Continuous Delivery approach such as Continuous Integration, TDD, infrastructure as code

Experience with Elastic Search

Experience in Transfer Agency business is appreciated.

As a Developer, he/she will be working with a first-class team and brilliant-minds in tackling extremely challenging problems, while shipping high-quality application and developing deep product knowledge, technical expertise and problem solving.

Main responsibilities:

• Design, develop and test a large-scale, custom distributed software system using latest Java, Angular and NOSQL technologies
• Employ agile development practices including test and deployment automation as well as Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery to improve overall execution speed and product quality.
• Function as in-house consultant/expert for resolution of complex technical issues. Research emerging trends/best practices and determine implications of proposed solutions on meeting business unit strategy
• Be a technology advocate and share expertise with other team members.
• Be a key partner to the business and the rest of the team throughout the delivery cycle.
• Think through challenging and interesting problems and solve them with your team.
