Job Description

Role Responsibilities:

  • Build and iterate internal software and tools across Compliance, Payments, KYC
  • Deliver high-quality, tested, and scalable code for distributed systems
  • Collaborate across time zones with internal teams and stakeholders
  • Own full-stack development of web or mobile applications

Key Deliverables:

  • Internal automation tools supporting Compliance, Trading, and Risk teams
  • High-availability backend services with real-time capabilities
  • Full-stack solutions in Elixir/Node/Ruby with modern JS frontend
  • Deployment of scalable internal products with observability enabled
