Job Responsibilities :
- Take charge of full-stack development for one of the GaaS (Game as a Service) one-stop game development platform, using Node.js for both front-end and back-end services.
- Responsible for the design and optimization of the platform's core service architecture, including API design, database design, microservices governance, and performance tuning.
- Improve the service experience for game development studios by enhancing platform stability and developer usability through technical solutions.
- Actively utilize AI-assisted programming tools (such as GitHub Copilot and various Agent tools) to improve development efficiency and continuously optimize team workflows.
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor's Degree holder, 12 years of full-stack development experience, solid understanding of computer fundamentals, strong background in data structures and algorithms, and proficient programming skills.
- Proficient in both English & Chinese languages (read, speak, type).
- Proficient in Node.js and its ecosystem, with experience in both front-end and back-end development; familiar with database design, API design, and microservices architecture.
- Skilled in using AI-assisted programming tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, and other Agent tools), capable of effectively leveraging AI to enhance development efficiency and code quality.
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills; product-minded, able to think from the perspective of game development studios when designing platform features.
- Proactive in summarizing and documenting technical knowledge, willing to share insights, with good communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
- Passionate about programming, quick to learn, intellectually curious and motivated; prior knowledge or strong interest in the gaming industry is a plus.
