The Opportunity

As a Full-Stack Software Engineer, you'll help design, build, and deploy cloud-native applications and APIs that support teams across our brands.
- You'll work in a pragmatic, fast-moving environment where decisions are made quickly and impact is measured in real business results.
- You'll develop, test, and deploy features across the full stack using modern web and cloud technologies.
- Build and maintain APIs and event-driven microservices that scale and integrate seamlessly with our ecosystem.
- Implement document automation and data extraction to replace manual processes and accelerate workflows.
- Design for performance, reliability, and observability from the outset, including metrics, tracing, and alerting.
- Participate in architecture discussions, peer reviews, and design sprints, ensuring technical quality and maintainability.
- Continuously improve our engineering standards, CI/CD pipelines, and delivery practices, actively use Vibe coding.
What You'll Bring
- 3+ years experience in commercial software engineering (we're open to mid-level and senior engineers).
- Solid experience in at least one front-end framework (React, Angular, or Vue).
- Strong back-end expertise in .NET, Node.js, or another modern language (Java, Go, or Python welcome).
- Competence in SQL and experience with at least one major cloud provider (Azure preferred).
- Strong grounding in secure coding, automated testing, and CI/CD.
- Clear communication skills, with a strong command of both spoken and written English and a focus on practical delivery, not theoretical perfection.
