About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack .NET Developer with strong Azure expertise to join our benefits platform engineering team. The role involves building and maintaining enterprise-grade e-commerce, SSO, API integrations, and data synchronization solutions across a cloud-native, multi-region platform.

Required Technical Skills

Backend Development – Must Have

• 4+ years of experience with C# and .NET Framework / .NET Core 6+
• Strong hands-on experience with Azure Functions, including Durable Functions
• Experience with Durable Functions patterns such as fan-out/fan-in and asynchronous workflows
• Experience with Azure SQL Database and Cosmos DB
• Strong SQL Server / T-SQL skills, including stored procedures and schema design
• Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs

Frontend Development – Must Have

• 2+ years of experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and React
• Experience with Redux or similar state-management frameworks
• Ability to work effectively across both frontend and backend

Authentication & Security – Must Have

• Hands-on experience implementing SAML / SSO
• Strong understanding of OAuth2 authentication flows
• Understanding of certificate management and rotation
• Familiarity with security headers, penetration testing, and compliance requirements

Azure Cloud – Must Have

• Strong experience with Azure Functions including HTTP triggers, timers, and queues
• Experience with Azure Search / Vector Search
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
• Understanding of multi-region cloud deployments

Preferred Skills

Payment & E-Commerce

• Payment gateway integration such as Braintree, Checkout.com, or similar
• Knowledge of PCI compliance
• Multi-currency payment processing
• E-commerce checkout and cart development
• Gift card / stored-value card processing
• Third-party vendor integrations

Data Engineering

• ETL and data synchronization patterns
• Cosmos DB to SQL data pipelines
• Batch processing and pagination strategies

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain serverless Azure Functions for APIs and data synchronization
• Design and support enterprise SSO integrations
• Build and enhance e-commerce checkout flows with multiple payment providers
• Design and maintain SQL Server schemas and stored procedures
• Develop reusable React components with Redux
• Integrate third-party APIs and webhook-based systems
• Support multi-region deployments across US, UK, and India
• Participate in code reviews and maintain engineering quality standards
• Troubleshoot production issues and deliver timely fixes
• Create clear technical documentation and maintain high-quality code
