Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Manage group consolidation & intercompany accounting.
• Lead monthly, quarterly & year-end financial closing.
• Manage intercompany cost allocation across group entities.
• Monitor cash flow, treasury & working capital.
• Oversee payment controls & Maker-Checker processes.
• Manage WIP, project costing & progress billing.
• Coordinate tax, audit, e-Invoicing & statutory compliance.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents & bank relationship managers.

Requirement

• ACCA / CPA / CIMA / MIA or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting / Finance.
• 5–8 years of full-set accounting experience.
• 2–3 years of multi-entity, intercompany or group consolidation experience.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian accounting & tax requirements.
• Experience in e-Invoicing, SST, Withholding Tax & Transfer Pricing.
• Construction / Interior Design / Property Management experience is a plus.
• Proficient in Excel & cloud accounting systems such as Bukku.
• Lark / Lark Base experience is a major plus.
• Strong analytical, financial control & problem-solving skills.
• Able to lead junior accounting staff while remaining hands-on.
