Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice on Takaful products and services to certificate owners residing in Malaysia
- Assist clients in understanding the principles of Takaful and how it differs from conventional insurance.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and to foster trust.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and assess their Takaful needs.
- Prepare and present Takaful proposals to clients, highlighting benefits and coverage options.
- Stay updated on Takaful regulations and market trends to provide the best advice to clients.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
