About the Role
We are looking for a passionate Fullstack .NET + ReactJS Developer (Junior to Mid-Level) to join our growing development team. This role is ideal for developers who enjoy working across both backend and frontend, and who want to build scalable web applications while continuously learning and growing their technical skills.
You will work closely with senior developers and cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain backend services and user-facing web applications using .NET and ReactJS, contributing across the full software development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services and RESTful APIs using C# and .NET (ASP.NET Core)
- Develop and maintain frontend components using ReactJS, ensuring responsive and user-friendly interfaces
- Integrate frontend components with backend services and APIs
- Participate in code reviews, debugging, and unit testing to ensure code quality and maintainability
- Work with relational databases to manage data storage, queries, and updates
- Contribute across the full SDLC including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, escalating when required
- Document technical designs, APIs, and development processes
- (Mid-level) Provide guidance and knowledge sharing to junior developers when required
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Junior: Basic understanding of .NET backend development and ReactJS
- Mid-Level: 24 years of professional experience in .NET development
- Strong knowledge of C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core / ASP.NET Core
- Experience with RESTful APIs and ASP.NET Core Web API
- Familiarity with data access technologies such as Entity Framework Core or Dapper
- Understanding of OOP principles and common design patterns
- Experience working with relational databases (Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle)
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and ReactJS
- Experience using Git for version control (GitHub preferred)
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team
- Eagerness to learn, grow, and take ownership of assigned tasks
Good to Have
- Exposure to microservices architecture
- Experience with ReactJS state management and API integration
- Familiarity with Agile / Scrum development methodologies
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, Docker, or cloud platforms (Azure / AWS)
- Basic understanding of authentication and authorization (e.g. JWT)
- Experience with performance tuning and optimization (backend or frontend)
