Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers to understand requirements, workflows, and integration needs
• Design, develop, and deploy full stack features and customizations using modern frameworks
• Build scalable APIs, integrations, and front-end experiences that extend our SaaS platform
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code in production environments
• Serve as a technical advisor to customers during onboarding and implementation
• Ensure solutions follow best practices for performance, security, and maintainability
• Partner with the product team to translate customer needs into product roadmap insights
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience in software design and development, both frontend and backend
• Ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts in a way that is accessible to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Proficiency in Typescript, React, and Node
• Strong understanding of RESTful API principles and relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred)
• Excellent communication skills and a team-first mentality
