Key Responsibilities
Will work with the client's Sales Lead counterpart on the development of strategic and tactical plans,
Will be responsible for execution of these plans across the sales & account management function
Ability to motivate a portfolio of teams/managers to achieve overall quarterly revenue targets and hit KPI's
Will manage and coach a number of Sales Managers
Experience in rigorous process & operations management, with ability to grow and scale the business function
Brings relevant thought leadership to enhance overall program outcomes
Report the business status in weekly, monthly or quarterly updates to multiple stakeholders in data driven, concise and clear written & verbal communications
Brings experience to identify and present actionable insights and craft plans to deliver on them
Ensures that all Account Manager teams have a thorough understanding on any/all sales initiatives being rolled out, and are able to execute accordingly
Maintain a deep understanding of the Greater China Region Export business, and attend regular cadences with key clients/sales partners
A people developer with the ability to build and maintain high-performing sales teams
Ability to manage delivery outcomes at the same time as providing strategic/tactical input as outlined above
Qualifications
Preferably 7+ years of professional experience in digital media sales, online advertising, or sales leadership
Preferably 3+ years of sales leadership experience in leading or growing sales/account management teams, with demonstrable achievements in hitting revenue targets
Preferably experience in leading teams of people managers (i.e. as a manager of managers)
Native-level language fluency in Mandarin is required to support Greater China Region.
Experience in Digital Marketing with advertisers and/or agencies in the Greater China market
Deadline and detail-oriented
Experience in leading Digital Marketing sales teams in a multinational environment a distinct advantage
Relevant experience working with Accounts or Customers in Greater China is a distinct advantage
Data-driven decision-making, very strong analytical and proven reporting skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Preferably experienced in CRM tools such as Salesforce, Office/G-Suite collaboration and presentation tools
