As the HR Shared Services Function Lead, you will oversee end-to-end HR services including payroll & employee data management, ensuring a seamless employee experience across regions.
Beyond managing day-to-day operations, you will also play a key role in process optimization, system transformation, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
This is a leadership role where you will lead a team, manage key stakeholders, and ensure HR shared services continues to be a trusted and value-adding partner to the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end HR operations and payroll processing across multiple regions
- Drive compliance and data integrity across all employee lifecycle activities
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve escalations, align processes, and manage vendor relationships
- Champion process improvements, automation, and system enhancements (e.g., SAP, Workday)
- Ensure team performance and service delivery excellence across functions
- Support transformation or implementation projects (HRIS/payroll) in alignment with business goals
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Minimum 8 years experience in HR / HR shared services, with strong hands-on experience in payroll and employee lifecycle management
- Proven track record in leading regional payroll and HR operations teams
- Experience with HR systems like SAP, Workday, or other major HRIS platforms
- Strong project management skills and involvement in process improvement/HR transformation initiatives
- Effective people manager, stakeholder communicator, and problem solver
- Detail-oriented with strong compliance and data governance mindset
