Functional Business Analyst (Banking)
We are looking for an experienced Functional Business Analyst to be the bridge between our Business teams and Technology/Operations units. If you have a strong banking background, love translating business needs into practical solutions, and thrive in project-driven environments, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the single point of contact for Business needs, including projects, change requests, and production issues.
- Collaborate with Business and Technology teams to translate requirements into actionable solutions.
- Lead new projects from initiation to smooth transition into delivery.
- Prioritize and review change requests to ensure alignment with business priorities.
- Engage with senior stakeholders for decision-making and strategic discussions.
- Communicate regularly on project progress, financials, and production performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent.
- 510 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in banking or financial services.
- Strong business analysis, process mapping, and documentation skills (BRD, FRD, use cases).
- Knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and project management frameworks is a plus.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Results-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
