JOB DETAILS
Project Implementation and Product Management
- To develop detailed project plans together with project manager, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- To participate and perform the full cycle of project implementation, from the planning stage to deployment and post-deployment.
- To serve as the primary point of contact for customer in the respective consultant area throughout the implementation process.
- To provide ERP product walkthrough and conduct training to customers.
- To conduct thorough analysis and provide recommendations to customers for process improvements and ERP system configurations, integration, customization and application objects.
- To collaborate with technical team pertaining to system architecture, infrastructure and product extensions.
- To manage content development including SQL construct and API functional testing.
- To oversee data migration or data upload activities, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- To produce project documentation on business processes including functional requirement document.
- To conduct thorough testing of the ERP system to ensure it meets customer requirements and quality standards.
- To perform financial analysis and impact assessment in change management.
- To mentor juniors as part of leadership development.
- To get certified as Infor M3 functional consultant based on industry-specific product module.
Helpdesk Support
- To provide post-deployment Level 3 support on customers queries and production bug.
- To ensure proper project handover to Helpdesk team.
Pre-sales
- To provide professional consulting services to the clients on products and services.
General
- To consistently demonstrate actions (e.g. knowledge sharing, helping each other to meet project timeline, sense of urgency) to increase the teamwork with all team members.
- To continuously keep abreast of product and industry knowledge with alert on the latest technological advancements to provide leadership to cross-functional teams when necessary.
- To perform other duties at the discretion of the superior and/ or the management.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and a problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and team members.
- Knowledge of Business Processes across various industries.
- Experience in Consulting and providing tailored solutions.
- Understanding of Finance and its integration with ERP systems.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Previous experience with ERP implementation or consulting is highly advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
- Willing to travel across Malaysia depending on project requirements.
- Excellent project and time management skills.
