Position: Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Manufacturing Functional Lead

Responsibilities and Requirements
- Experience:
- Minimum of 8+ years experience implementing D365 F&O with expertise in manufacturing modules.
- Core Functional Knowledge:
- Proficiency in Production Modules, BOM (Bill of Materials), WIP (Work in Progress), and Costing.
- Strong understanding of Inventory Management, Costing, and Production Processes.
- Process Evaluation:
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate manufacturing processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and scalability.
- Data Migration:
- Hands-on experience in data migration processes and methodologies.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Proven experience working closely with both business and technical users to deliver key solutions tailored to organizational needs.
- Project Lifecycle Expertise:
- Proficient in all phases of implementation, including:
- Requirement gathering
- Conference Room Pilot (CRP) sessions
- Training delivery
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Go-live preparation and post-implementation support
- Leadership and Team Management:
- Ability to lead and manage a team of SCM Functional Consultants to ensure seamless project execution.
- Documentation:
- Prepare and maintain detailed documentation, including:
- Functional Design Documents (FDD)
- Fit-Gap Analysis
- Training guides and user manuals
- Communication Skills:
- Excellent customer-facing skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels.
- Experience leading training sessions and overseeing the UAT process.
- Language Proficiency:
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT N1 or above)mandatory for reading, writing, and verbal communication.
- Location Requirements:
- Willingness and ability to work onsite at the customer location in Japan.
