LMS & System Implementation Experience (Highlighted)
- Experience working on Learning Management System (LMS) implementations in vendor/consulting environments.
Hands-on involvement across full implementation lifecycle:
- Requirements gathering and solution design
- LMS configuration (users, roles, courses, learning paths, assessments, certifications, reports)
- Integration with HR systems, SSO, and third-party tools
- Data migration (users, historical learning data, course catalogs)
- UAT planning, execution, and defect management
- Deployment, go-live support, and post-implementation stabilization
- Experience working with multiple LMS modules
- Led end-user training, admin training, and prepared user guides and admin documentation.
Project Management Knowledge
- Proficient in Microsoft Project, including Gantt chart creation for tracking timelines, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Experience managing project milestones, risks, issues, and change requests.
- Familiar with Agile and hybrid delivery models, coordinating closely with development and QA teams.
Requirements Gathering & Documentation
- Strong facilitation skills for workshops, interviews, and JAD sessions with business and technical stakeholders.

- Functional Specification Documents (FSD)
- Use Cases and User Stories
- Ability to ensure traceability from requirements through testing and deployment.
Solution Implementation & Delivery
- Led and supported UAT, functional testing, and defect resolution.
- Supported system configuration, deployment activities, data migration, and integration mapping.
- Acted as a key bridge between business users and technical teams during implementation.
Business Analysis
- Strong analytical skills to break down complex business problems into clear, actionable requirements.
- Deep understanding of solution design and process alignment with business objectives.
Stakeholder Management & Communication
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders across C-level executives, business users, and technical teams.
- Skilled in expectation management, issue resolution, and driving alignment in complex environments.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
Diagrams & Business Documentation
- Proficient in creating process flows, system diagrams, and UML diagrams using Visio and Draw.io.

MS Office & Documentation Skills
- Microsoft Word: Professional business documents (BRDs, FSDs, project plans, user/admin guides, MoM).
