Responsibilities

Crop Care:
Perform fertilizer application, pest spraying, weeding, and crop watering according to set schedules.
Harvesting Operations:
Harvest, gather, and collect crop yields manually or using specialized mechanical tools efficiently.
Equipment Handling
Operate light machinery, tractors, or handheld plantation tools safely and correctly.
Routine Maintenance
Clean and maintain work tools daily while reporting any machinery faults to the supervisor.
Quality Control
Ensure harvested produce meets company quality standards and sort out defective items.
Safety Compliance
Adhere strictly to Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) regulations and standard operating procedures (SOP).

Requirements

Education
Minimum high school diploma, SPM, or vocational certificate in Agriculture or equivalent.
Experience
1â€2 years of experience in plantation or farming industry preferred (fresh entry levels are welcome).
Physical Stamina
Physically fit with high endurance to work long hours under open weather conditions.
Driving License
Valid driving license required and own transport.(possession of a tractor or heavy vehicle license is a plus).
Work Ethic
Disciplined, punctual, reliable, and capable of performing physical tasks with minimal supervision.
- Can drive tractors and other farm vehicles and also repair farm equipment has one extra advantage.
