Who You Are

You are a seasoned sales professional with a strong track record in managing complex, multinational accounts. You thrive in fast-paced environments, are highly self-motivated, and excel at building relationships with senior stakeholders across regions.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 710 years of proven experience in sales, with a strong record of managing global or regional accounts.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Strong business acumen and stakeholder management skills, including C-suite engagement.

Desired Skills And Experience

  • Experience in managing large, complex sales cycles across multiple geographies.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with key influencers (e.g., architects & designers, real estate professionals, contractors, consultants).
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to execute across functions and regions.
  • Proficiency in a foreign language is a plus.
  • Deep understanding of workplace trends and client needs.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Manage and grow key multinational client accounts to drive revenue and long-term partnerships.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans in collaboration with local sales teams.
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions and close complex deals.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor to clients across regions.
