Role: GI Operation Executive
SCOPE OVERVIEW
- Issuance of new business, renewal, endorsement and cancellation transactions for all lines of General Insurance
- Performing receipting for all lines of General Insurance
- Maintain service standards to customers by ensuring the accuracy of policy documentation
- Manage policy documentation and related administrative duties
- Assist to answer email and phone enquiries from customer care, intermediaries, and internal stakeholders
- Initiate and support system enhancements and User Acceptance Testing to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the department's work processes
- Undertake any other duties as may be assigned
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Experience in GI Insurance and with AS400 knowledge would be preferred
- Able to work in a fast and diverse environment
- Meticulous with an eye on detail
