Grit Search is partnered exclusively with a Global Shared Services in their search for a GL Analyst and AP Senior Analyst to join their dynamic finance team.
Job Description: GL Analyst
- Perform month-end close activities including journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, and intercompany accounting in accordance with accounting standards.
- Prepare financial reports, variance analysis, and support audits by ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely submission of GL balances.
- Drive process improvements and standardization initiatives within the Shared Services environment to enhance efficiency, controls, and service delivery.
Job Description: AP Senior Analyst
- Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable activities including invoice processing (PO & Non-PO), vendor reconciliations, payments, and query resolution in line with SLAs.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and approval matrices while supporting month-end closing and audit requirements.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation to improve turnaround time, accuracy, and stakeholder experience.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Accountancy or equivalent with minimum of 3-5 years of working experience in General Ledger/General Accounting and Accounts Payable.
- Good communication skills with strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Data driven, meticulous, and strong analytical skills.
- Experience in ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is an added advantage.
