Job Description

This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth execution and successful delivery of property development projects, in alignment with key Business Plan objectives. This role has a strong emphasis on profitability, revenue (turnover), and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional teamsincluding operations, marketing & sales, and constructionthrough the full project lifecycle, from inception to completion.
  • Provide visionary leadership by setting clear, ambitious, and achievable goals that align with the project vision and inspire high performance.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Project Business Plan, incorporating market feasibility studies and financial projections.
  • Achieve targeted project sales and financial outcomes, including revenue and profitability.
  • Oversee the design and development of unique property offerings that meet market demands and buyer expectations.
  • Foster strong relationships with government authorities, regulatory bodies, and key stakeholders to ensure timely approvals and compliance.
  • Devise and execute go-to-market strategies to maximize project visibility and buyer engagement.
  • Ensure high construction standards, timely progress, and delivery with minimal defects.
  • Drive successful project launches, sales campaigns, and monitor unit take-up rates.
  • Cultivate a cohesive and high-performing team by encouraging collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a building-related technical discipline (e.g., Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management).
  • Minimum of 10 years experience in a managerial role within the property development industry, with proven exposure to township, high-rise, and mixed-use developments.
  • Strong expertise in the full property development cycle, including strategic master planning, feasibility studies, project management, marketing and sales, and regulatory liaison.
  • Deep understanding of the financial dimensions of property development and construction, with the ability to monitor and optimize performance metrics.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into strategic decisions.
