Own the commercial strategy and accelerate growth in a fastexpanding global cargo division

Your new company

You will be joining a wellestablished global trading and distribution group with operations spanning multiple countries across Asia and beyond. The company has been in the market for several decades and is known for its strong international footprint, diversified product portfolio, and longstanding partnerships with global principals.

Your new role

  • Lead and execute commercial strategies to accelerate business growth and drive overall revenue performance.
  • Build a highperformance sales culture, including managing incentive programs and ensuring strong execution across the team.
  • Strengthen the sales pipeline mindset by coaching the team, developing competencies, and reinforcing consistent pipeline management.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring longterm partnerships and strategic account development.
  • Establish and enhance partnerships with industry stakeholders (including cargo logistics) to unlock new opportunities and support business expansion.


What you'll need to succeed

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 15 years of commercial experience in the logistics sector, with a strong track record in sales and client relationship management.
  • Strong in analytical thinking, time management, data analysis, problemsolving, strategic planning, and proficient with computer tools.
  • Proven ability to build, scale, and lead highperforming sales teams successfully.
  • Extensive experience in consultative selling, including prospecting, pipeline development, and managing key accounts.
