What You'll Do

• Lead Strategic Growth: Define and execute strategies to expand upstream operations across existing accounts and new markets.
• Drive Business Development: Identify opportunities, secure new contracts, and maximize value from long-term agreements.
• Plan & Execute: Turn vision into actionable plans with measurable outcomes, ensuring timely delivery and operational efficiency.

What We're Looking For

• Proven Upstream Expertise: 15+ years in upstream oil & gas, with at least 5 years in senior leadership.
• Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated success in developing and implementing growth strategies.
• Commercial Acumen: Strong business development and negotiation skills.
• Operational Excellence: Deep understanding of upstream operations, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
