Job Summary

Oversee and manage daily construction operations, coordinating with stakeholders to deliver projects on schedule, within budget, and compliant with safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily construction operations to ensure timely and efficient project progress
• Coordinate communication and collaboration with clients, contractors, and suppliers to align project goals
• Manage project schedules, allocate manpower effectively, and control costs to meet budget targets
• Enforce compliance with safety regulations and quality standards to maintain a safe and high-quality work environment
• Lead teams with clear direction and effective communication to achieve project objectives

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant construction management experience
