Role Description
NKR Continental group of companies is growing rapidly, and we are seeking an experienced and visionary General Manager to lead our organization to new heights of success. This is a full-time on-site role located in Shah Alam. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of company operations, including strategic planning, financial management, team leadership, and business development. The ideal candidate will possess a combination of strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of our industry.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities
Leadership and Team Management:
Provide strong leadership to the entire organization, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team, empowering them to achieve their full potential and contribute to the company's success.
Set clear goals and objectives for each department and individual team member, regularly monitoring performance and providing feedback.
Strategic Planning and Execution:
Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve long-term objectives.
Analyze market trends, identify opportunities for expansion, and formulate strategies to capitalize on them.
Monitor industry developments and competitor activities, adjusting our strategy as necessary to maintain our competitive edge.
Financial Management:
Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and objectives.
Monitor financial performance against key metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Manage cash flow, capital expenditures, and investment decisions to optimize financial resources and maximize profitability.
Operational Excellence:
Ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness across all departments, implementing best practices and process improvements as necessary.
Establish and maintain high standards for product/service quality, customer service, and operational excellence.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Business Development and Relationship Management:
Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
Cultivate strong relationships with clients, vendors, industry partners, and other stakeholders, representing the company's interests and fostering collaboration.
Negotiate contracts, agreements, and other business arrangements to support company objectives and enhance profitability.
